1 The plaintiff in error, Dennis Watson Scott, defendant below, was charged by information in the county court of Craig county, Oklahoma, with the offense of driving a motor vehicle on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, Title 47, ? 93 [47-93], O.S. 1951. He was tried by a jury, convicted and his punishment fixed at a fine of $100. Judgment and sentence was entered accordingly, from which this appeal has been perfected.
